For centuries, traditional Chinese, herbal, and homeopathic doctors have been successfully using herbs and homeopathic remedies to support optimal immune function. As a naturopathic doctor, I use these medicines, along with other naturopathic modalities such as nutrition, lifestyle modifications, hydrotherapy, and essential oils, to help my patients maintain optimal immune health. Many of these vitamins, herbs, and treatments have been widely researched. My goals with this guide are to:
